Getting there
Delegates are responsible for their travel arrangements and travel costs.
By bike or scooter
Dedicated cycle routes and open waterfront boulevards make cycling to ACC Liverpool pleasant and safe. Jump on a Voi bike or scooter and ride around the city completely carbon neutral. You can take your bike for free on ferries and trains in Merseyside. Most stations have free, secure cycle storage.
On foot
Waterfront boulevards and airy pedestrian plazas make walking to ACC Liverpool enjoyable and safe. Pedestrianised areas around Liverpool ONE link to the ACC Liverpool, as well as the waterfront boulevard and the docks.
Visas
Some delegates may require a visa to enter the country. Please note that it can take several weeks to process a visa application so early application is recommended.
We can provide visa invitation letters to delegates when requested. Please email a photo/scan of your passport to events@timeshighereducation.com once you have booked your ticket.
We cannot accept any responsibility for visa applications. Where a delegate is unable to attend because of failure to obtain a visa on time, the normal cancellation policy for the registration fee will apply.
