The premier institute is spread over 25 km2 of academic township and offers courses on almost all engineering disciplines, besides medicine, management, rural management, law, architecture, biotechnology, fashion technology and other domains. Its engineering programmes are accredited by ABET (US), the gold standard for engineering education quality. In 2021, KIIT was ranked first in innovation among self-financing institutions in the country in the Ministry of Education’s Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements (ARIIA) for the second time in a row.
KIIT has become one of the top destinations for recruiters to hunt for promising minds. In 2021, the campus achieved record placement with 350 plus top-notch companies committing over 5000 job offers for a batch size of 3500 eligible BTech students graduating in 2022. Five students bagged the highest CTC of Rs.52 lakh per annum.
