Delegates will need to access The Shard via the main entrance (entrance 1 on the image to the right) which is located on the concourse level. After obtaining your visitor's pass at the lobby you will be directed to the lift to Level 17.

Please note that The Shard operates under a strict security system. All bags and coats are scanned and visitors are asked to step through a metal detector. You will be asked to provide photo ID when collecting your visitor pass.

Delegates are responsible for their travel arrangements and travel costs to and from London.

Within London, public transport (Underground, Overground, DLR, buses and trams) can be paid for with an Oyster card or with a contactless bank card. Please note that cash is not accepted on buses and trams.

Train

The Shard is located just next to London Bridge Station.

All delegates are required to provide proof upon arrival at the event of a completed primary Covid-19 vaccination series (first two vaccines) or a negative LFT or PCR test from the last 24h. Masks are not mandatory, however we still encourage delegates to wear them during the event.
