Demand for in-person events is starting to increase, however many institutions and countries have strict travel restrictions in place for 2021 and coronavirus cases remain dangerously high in key regions so we have taken the decision to run the THE World Academic Summit 2021 as a digital-first event.
What does ‘digital-first’ mean?
The summit will run primarily as a virtual event to ensure full, equitable access for everyone across the world. We will provide a rich, digital experience for delegates with all content, exhibitor booths, Q&A and networking sessions delivered on our bespoke virtual event platform.
We will not be able to confirm if attending in-person will be a viable option until closer to the summit. Some sessions may be available to attend at the University of Toronto, but most speakers will be joining the event remotely from their home countries and we expect the vast majority of delegates will take part virtually, not in person.
If you would like to attend in-person, safety rules and pandemic restrictions permitting, please select the relevant option at registration and we will keep you informed if this becomes a viable option, but your ticket secures your full participation in a virtual experience.
A 10% discount is available for groups of 3+ delegates, use the code GROUP10 to apply the discount.
If the registration widget is not working, please clear your cache and ensure that third-party apps are enabled in your browser settings. If it is still not working, please email email@example.com.
Huge cost savings and value-added opportunities are available by joining our newly launched World Summit Series Network.
