We are honoured and privileged to host the THE Teaching Excellence Summit 2021 at Nankai University in Tianjin, China, and we look forward to your participation and contribution.
Over the past 43 years, since the reform and opening up of the country, the rapid growth of China’s economy and society has brought new opportunities and challenges for its higher education institutions. The summit, with the theme “building knowledge, transforming skills”, will provide constructive expertise and intellectual support to aid progression in higher education.
As leaders of prestigious universities and institutions, delegates will contribute their visionary and insightful wisdom on how to attain teaching excellence and improve innovation in higher education. They will join forces to tailor strategies and initiatives to build world-class universities, explore potential incentives that drive the creation of world-class universities, outline future opportunities to achieve world-class university status, as well as find feasible solutions for combating threats and challenges that undermine world-class university foundations.

About Nankai University
Established in 1919, Nankai University is a leading multidisciplinary and research-oriented public university in China.
