Our top priority is for attendees to feel safe whilst at our events so, upon arrival at the event, we ask all attendees to provide proof of a complete primary vaccination series (first two vaccines) or a negative LFT/PCR test carried out within the previous 24 hours.

We also encourage you to wear masks during the event however this is not mandatory. Further Covid-19 advice is available on the California State Government's website.

Attendees are responsible for reserving and covering the cost of accommodation for the duration of their stay. We recommend staying at the Hilton Los Angeles Culver City as this is where the event will be taking place.

Off the 405, the hotel is less than two miles from Silicon Beach and three miles north of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Sony Studios are 10 mins down the road, and the Jurassic Museum of Technology, Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier are within 15-20 mins.

Some attendees may require a visa to enter the US. Please note that it can take several weeks to process a visa application so early application is recommended.

THE cannot accept any responsibility for visa applications. Where an attendee is unable to attend because of failure to obtain a visa on time, the normal cancellation policy for the registration fee will apply.

We can provide letters of invitation for registered attendees when requested.
