Visas
All international delegates are required to show their SG Arrival Card as part of the immigration clearance process. You can apply for this up to three days prior to your date of arrival in Singapore.
Delegates with a passport from certain countries may require a visa to enter Singapore. Please note that an SG Arrival Card is not a visa.
THE and NUS cannot accept any responsibility for visa applications. Where a delegate is unable to attend because of failure to obtain a visa on time, the normal cancellation policy for the registration fee will apply.
THE and NUS can provide letters of invitation for registered delegates when requested.
We recommend having travel insurance for the duration of your visit. Please contact your travel agent for further details.
Accommodation
Delegates are responsible for reserving and covering the cost of accommodation for the duration of their stay.
