Greetings from Schmidt Science Fellows
When scientists collaborate across disciplines, drawing on diverse techniques, tools and perspectives, they unlock new knowledge and accelerate groundbreaking discoveries. To truly advance science, we must empower researchers to transcend disciplinary boundaries and give them the expertise, support and infrastructure they need to tackle complex problems.
Schmidt Science Fellows is partnering with Times Higher Education to host the inaugural THE Interdisciplinary Science Forum in Washington, DC on 21 November 2024.
The forum will feature inspiring speakers, dynamic panel debates and interactive roundtable workshops. It offers a platform to share the latest thinking, diverse perspectives and best practices in interdisciplinary science.
We invite you to join Schmidt Science Fellows, THE, our partners and other influential figures in the scientific community to share ideas and shape the future of interdisciplinary science.
I look forward to welcoming you to Washington, DC this November.
