Covid-19 safety measures
All delegates are required to provide proof upon arrival at the event of a completed primary Covid-19 vaccination series (first two vaccines) or a negative LFT or PCR test carried our within the previous 24 hours.
If you require an LFT or PCR test, the closest to the Boston Marriott Cambridge is the CareWell Urgent Care in Inman Square. Visit the CareWell website for directions or to search for another centre.
Masks are not mandatory; however, we still encourage delegates to wear them during the event.

Delegates are responsible for their travel arrangements and travel costs to and from Cambridge.
By plane
Boston Logan International (BOS) is the local airport and is located 4.5 miles from the venue. A taxi fare from the airport to the venue will cost ~$40.
By train (Amtrak)
South Station is the nearest train station and is located 3.2 miles from the venue.
By subway
Kendall/MIT is the nearest subway stop and is located just opposite the venue.
Accommodation
Delegates are responsible for reserving and covering the cost of accommodation for the duration of their stay. We recommend staying at the Boston Marriott Cambridge as this is where the event will be taking place.

The Boston Marriott Cambridge is located steps from the Red Line, enjoy easy access to bustling downtown Boston just two subway stops away, and take in all the sights, shopping and more along Newbury Street, the Prudential Center and Back Bay.
Museum of Science
The Museum of Science is a science museum and indoor zoo located in Science Park, a plot of land spanning the Charles River. It features a revolving schedule of temporary exhibits, IMAX films, Planetarium shows and over 700 interactive exhibits.
The museum is a 20-min walk from the hotel, or a 5-min drive.
CambridgeSide Galleria
CambridgeSide is an enclosed shopping mall that opened in 1990. This spectacular waterfront location features over 120 stores selling a variety of food, clothes and services.
The mall is a 15-min walk from the hotel, or a 5-min drive. There is also a complimentary shuttle to/from the hotel every 20 mins.
Charles River Walkway
Walking alongside the Charles is the best way to see incredible views of both Cambridge and Boston depending what side you’re on. Walking along the Charles River is a spectacular way to enjoy a day out in Boston, get some fresh air and enjoy great views.
