    Getting there

    Arriving by car

    Guests can use Millbrook Garage located on North Danforth Campus, WashU will validate parking to those driving. More information can be found here.

    Arriving by plane

    From Lambert International Airport via public transit

    The MetroLink light rail system has a station at Lambert International Airport’s Main and East Terminals. Follow the MetroLink signs in the airport terminal.

    1. Take a Red Line train heading eastbound towards Shiloh-Scott and get off at Forest Park/DeBaliviere Station.
    2. Then take a westbound Blue Line train heading towards Shrewsbury Lansdowne/I-44 and get off either at Skinker Station at the eastern border of the campus or University City/Big Bend Station at the western border. Make sure not to board a Red Line train headed back to the airport.

    Arriving by public transport

    There are two MetroLink stations located on campus. Big Bend station, located at the intersection of Big Bend and Forest Park Parkway (southeast corner). The Skinker station, at Forest Park Parkway and Skinker (southwest corner). 

    The university provides the Danforth Campus Circulator shuttle that provides shuttle service from the MetroLink stations to various locations around the Danforth Campus.

    Arriving by train

    From Amtrak Gateway Station St. Louis via public transit

    Follow signs in the Amtrak station to Civic Center Metrolink Station located east of the Amtrak station between 14th and 15th streets.

    Board a Blue Line train heading westbound towards Shrewsbury Lansdowne/I-44 and get off either at Skinker Station at the eastern border of the campus or University City/Big Bend Station at the western border.

    Arriving by taxi

    We recommend taking public transport, but taxis are available.

    Visas

    Some attendees may require a visa to enter the US. Please note that it can take several weeks to process a visa application so early application is recommended.


     


    THE can provide visa invitation letters to registered delegates when requested, please email a photo/scan of your passport to events@timeshighereducation.com once you have bought your ticket.

    We cannot accept any responsibility for visa applications. Where a delegate is unable to attend because of failure to obtain a visa on time, the normal cancellation policy for the registration fee will apply.
