The University of Exeter has an established Business Intelligence function that utilises an agile methodology and a philosophy of co-creation to deliver management information (MI) to users across the institution. Strategic information and insight is then delivered to all colleagues through the MI Hub. In this talk, the team will discuss their approaches and outputs as well as the role of the recently established Data Community in developing data literacy across the institution.
