Getting there
Delegates are responsible for reserving and covering the cost of their travel arrangements.
The University of Leeds has made its on-site parking available to delegates. Please use the code 177490 on arrival and select how long you will be parking for, ranging from 1–5 days. The charge is £7 per day.

The Met Hotel Leeds

Designed by local architects, the hotel is renowned for its Victorian terracotta facade and stone cupola taken from the city's demolished 4th White Cloth Hall. Visas
Some delegates may need a visa to enter the UK. Please note that it can take several weeks to process a visa application so early application is recommended.
THE and the University of Leeds can provide visa invitation letters to registered delegates when requested, please email a photo/scan of your passport to events@timeshighereducation.com once you have registered.
We cannot accept any responsibility for visa applications. Where a delegate is unable to attend because of failure to obtain a visa on time, the normal cancellation policy for the registration fee will apply.
