eVisa for GCC citizens

Citizens of GCC countries can apply for the GCC eVisa. Please note that your passport must be valid for at least six months following your planned entry date into Saudi Arabia.

eVisa for non-GCC citizens

Many countries are eligible for an eVisa. For citizens of these countries we recommend applying for the eVisa as the application process is much simpler than for a traditional visa. This includes, amongst others, North America, Europe, Oceania and parts of Asia.

For delegates who are not eligible for an eVisa, we can provide visa invitation letters for delegates when requested. Please email a photo/scan of your passport to events@timeshighereducation.com once you have registered.
