Covid-19 requirements
If you are fully vaccinated and have received a booster dose, you are not required to take a Covid test to enter Abu Dhabi.
If you are not fully vaccinated or have not received a booster dose, you must present a negative PCR test result taken within 48 hours or a Covid-19 recovery certificate. Your recovery certificate must be dated within 30 days of departure and have a QR code.
All delegates are required to show their Green Pass on the Al Hosn app to gain access to Khalifa University. You can obtain this with a negative PCR test. There is a testing facility at Abu Dhabi International Airport where you can take a PCR test to activate your Green Pass and facilitate access to Abu Dhabi's public places and tourist attractions. The cost of this test is AED 40.
Wearing a face mask in outdoor spaces is optional. However, they are required in all indoor spaces and physical distancing should be observed.
Accommodation
Delegates are responsible for reserving and covering the cost of accommodation for the duration of their stay.
Below you will find information about the official event hotel, as well as a map below through which you can easily browse for hotels and private accommodation if you do not wish to stay at the official hotel. You can hover over an accommodation to view travel times and distances to Khalifa University.
Please note that shuttle services to the event venue will only be provided from the official hotels.

The official event hotel is the Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi, a Thai-inspired hotel in the heart of the city.
